Cross Fit
Cross Fit Training is a strength and conditioning program consisting
mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body weight
exercises), and Olympic weight lifting. It is further described as a
strength and conditioning program with varied functional movements
ranging from moderate to high intensity modes.
This fitness training programme is used by thousands of law
enforcement agencies, physical education teachers, sports teams and
military organizations.
Spinning Classes
Spinning classes; better understood as “Indoor Cycling” is a vigourous
workout that burns calories and keeps your body in shape. Class
routines are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to
cycling in the outdoors. Several techniques which include music,
motivation, visualization and enthusiastic coaching lead students
through their cycling routines that best suits their fitness level and
goals.
Zumba
Zumba is a rhythmic dancing which brings much excitement and fun into
the realm of fitness and exercise. With Zumba, a workout isn’t even a

dance party with exercise being the biggest perk! The music is fast,

Yoga
Yoga is a system of exercises for attaining bodily or mental control
and well-being. It is also a Hindu philosophy teaching the suppression
of all activity of body, mind, and teaches self realization of one’s
self being distinct order to attain liberation.
Yoga is a great way to work on your flexibility and strength and
offers poses and postures that work by stretching your muscles. They
can help you move better and feel more relaxed and reduce tiredness.

Body Building
Body building focuses on the act or practice of exercising & lifting
weights so as to develop the muscles of the body.
The term body building speaks for itself. It involves much physical activity with a
well-planned series of weekly exercises that conditions and tones all
major muscles. This exercise is mainly practised by “Body builders” –
who train continuously to build muscles and compete on stage before a
panel of judges.
Aerobics
Aerobics is any physical activity that makes you sweat, causes you to
breathe harder and gets your heart beating faster than at rest. It
strengthens your heart and lungs and trains your cardiovascular system
to manage and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently throughout
your body. Aerobic exercise uses your large muscle groups, is rhythmic
in nature and can be maintained continuously for at least 10 minutes.
